How I can restore my purchase history?

Hi! 

On Dec 22, my Alegro app suddenly logged me out, and when I got into my Alegro account all my purchase history was lost. Also, my Favorites List became empty. 

Would it be possible to restore the purchase history and Favorites List?

@n1ckolaks Only we, the moderators, can restore the order, you can't do it yourself. I've already restored the purchase from 12/19. 🙂

Hi, @Mirolana. Your purchase history includes all your purchases from the last 2.5 years. None of them are hidden on your shopping list. If you want to see the entire list (even from 2.5 years ago), download a copy of your account data. You can find instructions here.
