I entered a 100pln gift card on my allegro app, but it shows me I cannot use it on my product.

So I entered my gift code into allegros dn it shows me that I have 100pln discount that can be used “anywhere” but when I try to use it on a PayPal gift card it shows me that I cannot use it and it’s not available. On the other hand when I try to buy something else like a valorant gift card it doesn’t even pop up. What should I do?

@Client:115628915 I'm sorry, but this won't work. You cannot lower the order amount with a gift card to pay for another gift card.

I have the same issue. But i get it. However, i tired my voucher on multiple products and it doesnt work at all. I cant use it on anything.
