Yesterday in the afternoon I went to the paczkomat at ul. Grzybowska 74 (gas station Orlen) in Warsaw to pickup my parcels. When clicked open locker button in the app the locker didn’t open and the app got stuck. When refreshing the app it said that my parcel was picked up which apparently was not the case. I even tried to call the operator and he asked me for the code but since I had 3 more parcels I provided him with the number of one of the others. Therefore he said to me that the parcel is in the locker and I can open it from the app and in fact I managed to pickup my other parcels. However, the first parcel I did not mange to take since the app was saying that it is picked up. Moreover, I submitted a claim on this purchase but it connected me directly with the seller. At the end of the day could you please be so kind to assist me and provide me an English speaking service and try to open the locker remotely from your side because I believe that the package is still in the machine. @Client:109105873 I checked your parcel and I can see that it was successfully picked up, but next time if you want to open the locker remotely, you have to contact the shipping company directly - in your case it was Orlen Paczka. All contact data you can find here.
There is a camera on the machine and it can be easily checked that I collected only 3 out of 4 parcels in total. Please, do not go into direction that I am trying to cheat. Moreover, I ordered this duvet for my daughter and she was waiting for it but now unfortunately there is no duvet for her and I paid more then 100 PLN for something that is considered as received item but due to the bug in the paczkomat it is apparently not the case. Either assist me to receive the duvet either return my money back!
Please bear in mind that I’ve ordered from allegro not from orlen and it is not my fault that damm machine resulted a bug and didn’t open the locker for me!
@Client:109105873 We are not suggesting that you cheat. The matter needs to be clarified, so Ola pointed out the contact to the carrier. It is the carrier that will be able to verify the camera recording you mention.
