I want to know how i can reach allegro support

I have been trying to reach out to allegro support to check what's wrong with a gift card I bought recently as I couldn't redeem it on my orders but I couldn't find a any way to contact them either on the app or the website. 

Can someone let me know if they have a help line or how I can reach them please?

What offer are you trying to purchase with a gift card? Isn't the card you bought only for use in one particular category?
