@Tazman1975 Perhaps the seller has not logged in for a long time or maybe you wrote something to which the bot scanning the content of the conversation responded and blocked your message to the seller.
It may also be that the seller is not interested in shipping abroad, but it would be appropriate for him to inform you about it.
