Ik heb het product niet ontvangen

Mijn bestelling ABOK ARK 3600W powerbank ( ordernummer 18526207163 ) zou volgens jullie geleverd zijn op 26 augustus 2026 . IK HEB DIE BESTELLING NIET ONTVANGEN . 

De transport dienst DPD had geen opdracht om de bestelling te leveren. Ik heb daarvoor naar DPD geïnformeerd 

Mijn bestelling ABOK PV 400 zonnepaneel ( ordernummer (18665430112 ) is wel geleverd op 26 augustus 2026 

Mijn bestel geschiedenis is niet meer beschikbaar op mijn account. 

De betaling van beide producten zijn goed verlopen. 

Welke oplossing stellen jullie voor om toch de powerbank te leveren en te ontvangen ?
