thank you for your reply i try to make it short, in february i bought a front kit for a golf 8 car, i got the spare parts list with the codes, i saw that the headlight codes did not match, the customer assured me vhe were compatible, so I went on the safe side and bought, but ... the headlights do not work as they are not compatible, the seller is making fun of me, not to say another word, the seller found it on allegro, but after several messages ni said to do everything with messages on the mobile ... so in fact I did not purchase through allegro
can you at least make a report to allegro? i tried to leave negative comment but i can't

@Client:59101410 I am so sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately, you made a purchase outside Allegro, so you cannot start a Discussion or apply for a refund from the Buyer Protection Program.
