Package not received

I ordered  Giorgio Armani Stronger With You 100 ml over than a month since May 14, 2024 and it still show 

Awaiting shipment, upon checking the seller email, it doesn't look legit f6f51tn9b1@allegromail.com

what should I do?

Thanks for the fast reply, I sent them a message through the webiste. if they didn't reply. should I just text here or there is any email or number to call for Allegro team ?

So you can pick a right order. It should be easier if you go to main site of Allegro first, go to the down and you can change your language into English here:

I don't have any available product or suggestion to choose any product unfortunately as per the screenshot

@Client:115671492 you have to do this on this site (allegro czechia). 
You will find your order in the Historie nakupu tab and then click "nahlásit problém s nákupem".
You can change the language the same way that Ola suggested, but you have to do this here.
