Payment by Revolut

Hello! Please help to better understand the payment options. I have a business account in Poland, but the bank is Revolut. Allegro Business Pay has been declined as probably I am a new buyer.

What is the best workable payment option except the credit card? Can I pay online from my bank account?

Based on the HELP section, only wire transfer is possible for Revolut - can you please describe? I would prefer to arrange all the transactions online. Maybe there are other options that you can suggest?

@siriusglobal On Allegro Business you can use several convenient payment methods besides Allegro Pay Business and standard credit cards. If you use Revolut and want to arrange payments fully online, the most convenient options available are:

1. Blik - if your bank app supports BLIK payments, this is the fastest online option directly from your mobile account.

2. Google Pay or Apple Pay - you can link your Revolut business card or account to your digital wallet and complete the transaction instantly online with one click.

3. Standard wire transfer (Przelew) - when you select this method, you will receive all the required transfer details (account number, title, and amount) to generate a traditional bank transfer directly from your Revolut account. Please note that processing a standard wire transfer may take longer than instant online methods.

If you prefer an instant online experience without entering card numbers every time, using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Blik will be your best choice.

Many thanks for your reply. Since payments from a company account will be made through the bank account, not with a credit card, BLIK cannot be used, correct? So the only solution in case of Revolut remains a standard wire transfer?

Does it mean that the order will be confirmed when the funds reach the seller/Allegro account, and the order will be basically on hold until that?

Hi, @siriusglobal! If the bank offers the BLIK option, then you can definitely use that payment method. To answer your second question, yes. The order will not be confirmed until we have processed the payment and it appears in the seller's account balance. Without this, the order will not be fulfilled.
