Pick-up point

Does anyone know why I can't choose a pick-up point? At the check-out there is an option for a personal collection but there are no pick-up points for me to choose.

@Client:131802448 Please indicate the offer number you wish to use. It will also be helpful if you can attach a screenshot of when you selected your delivery method, showing the point of no choice (the image should show the site address bar, date and time). Remember to cover your address details.

@Client:131802448 Personal collection is not the same as pick-up point. Personal collection is at the sellers office. You should like to select a provider, like UPS, DPD, InPost etc. and then you have pick-up points to choose.
