Purchase from Hong Kong

Do I have to pay customer duty on a item that was shipped from Hong Kong? I made a purchase from one of the resell from Allegro.

@Client:45820162 If you buy products that are shipped from outside the European Union, you have to know that they can be checked and import billing in accordance with applicable regulations. The ordered shipment may be subject to customs control. The result of such control may be the necessity to pay VAT and customs duties. I think it's up to your country policy to pay or not the shipment from HK 🙂
