Re-open discussion

Hello! I Presse wrong Button and now I closed the Discussion with Seller, I dont recieve my Package, lost my Money and seller dont want to clear the Problem with Poszta Polska, because German DHL destroyed the package at Way to me.

How can I Re-open discussion or maybe get my Money back, after this seller can ask Poszta Polska for Insurance at German DHL...
