Recalamation - proper return of product

Dear Community,

I bought a hraidryer as a present, however after less than 1 year it has an awkward sound.

I have claimed a reclamation and opened discussion. The seller has asked to return it and gave me a code for INPOST paczkomat.

Can anyone advise the proper instruction how to return it, if I have a code and the address.

The seller has to see it and then decide about accepting reclamation. I have requested a replacement for new product.

It was a gift, so I have to instruct my friend how to return it properly.

I have smart account active on Allegro.
