hello, i bought electrical bicycle and used for 30 days, everything worked good but after one rainy day the lcd screen and control buttons freaked out, they dont work accordingly anymore they increase or decrease speed on their own. and the seller write in the bike description its perfect fit for all weather conditions, but it was not. which is clearly false advertising. they dont want to refund back, what should i do?
