Payment error to Germany

1. Hello! Sorry, I don't speak Polish unfortunately but I still do have a question... When I try to buy from Sellers, even if they send to Germany, I always get an error message: "The seller does not ship to your country. Change the address or select a different delivery option". What can I do in this case? Thanks for your help. Antoine

@Client:110507103 Have you tried to contact the sellers about this issue? If they inform about shipping to Germany and you can't use it, probably the problem is in the settings they have entered or the lack of important data, e.g. number EPR.

thank you for your answer, I tried to contact them directly but it seems like the communication is not working properly due to my lack of knowledge in Polish. I will give it a shot once more. Thank you! Antoine
