On 9 December 2025, I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1 TB through Allegro Lokalnie. From the moment I saw the advertisement, I had doubts about the offer, but I assumed the seller might simply need money, so I proceeded with the purchase for 5,400 PLN. One day later, I received the phone. When I opened the box, I immediately felt that it was not a genuine Apple product. After turning on the device, it became clear that everything inside was fake. Even the serial number listed in the advertisement did not match the actual device. I also received notifications from the Google Play Store and alerts that an SD card had been detected—both of which should not occur on a real iPhone. When I checked the camera, the quality was extremely poor. I attempted to contact the seller, but I have not received any response. I filed a complaint with Allegro yesterday at 11:00, and today I received the following message: "The seller failed to respond within 24 hours since the Discussion was opened, which violates Section 10.2 of the Terms & Conditions. The seller should respond in the Discussion and resolve the buyer's problem. I hope the matter will be successfully clarified."
I am still waiting for a reply and resolution from Allegro. This was my hard-earned money. If anyone can help me recover my funds, please assist.

W dniu 9 grudnia 2025 r. zakupiłem za pośrednictwem Allegro Lokalnie telefon iPhone 17 Pro Max 1 TB. Już w momencie zapoznania się z ogłoszeniem miałem pewne wątpliwości, jednak uznałem, że sprzedający może po prostu potrzebować pieniędzy, dlatego zdecydowałem się na zakup za kwotę 5 400 zł.
Dzień później otrzymałem przesyłkę. Po otwarciu pudełka natychmiast zauważyłem, że produkt nie jest oryginalnym urządzeniem Apple. Po uruchomieniu telefonu okazało się, że wszystko w środku jest podróbką. Numer seryjny podany w ogłoszeniu nie zgadzał się z numerem urządzenia, a dodatkowo pojawiały się powiadomienia z Google Play Store oraz komunikat o wykryciu karty SD, co w przypadku prawdziwego iPhone’a jest niemożliwe. Po sprawdzeniu aparatu stało się jasne, że jakość jest bardzo niska.
Podjąłem próbę kontaktu ze sprzedającym, jednak do tej pory nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Wczoraj o godzinie 11:00 zgłosiłem sprawę do Allegro. Dziś otrzymałem następującą informację:
„Sprzedający nie odpowiedział w ciągu 24 godzin od otwarcia Dyskusji, co stanowi naruszenie §10.2 Regulaminu. Sprzedający powinien odpowiedzieć w Dyskusji i rozwiązać problem kupującego. Liczę, że sprawa zostanie pomyślnie wyjaśniona.”
Wciąż czekam na odpowiedź i rozwiązanie sprawy ze strony Allegro. To były moje ciężko zarobione pieniądze. Jeśli ktoś jest w stanie pomóc mi w odzyskaniu środków, proszę o wsparcie.
