Hello I’ve ordered headlight from allegro lokalnie. The seller says he will send but it’s almost 10 days. He doesn’t even answer my calls and messages. What can I do?

@Client:141206933 You can start a discussion with the seller. In the My Purchases tab, select the order you want to discuss. Go to the order details and click [report a problem with your purchase]. In the next step, indicate the reason for the discussion and select one of the options from the list. The seller will have 24 hours to respond (weekends and holidays are excluded), and you can then ask us for help.
