I have recently joined this website but when I try to buy I am told that private sellers

@107355893, this rule is about Allegro, not Allegro Lokalnie - these are two different sites. 🙂 On Allegro Lokalnie the seller can edit the offer at any time and add the appropriate delivery method (in this case it is "Courier shipment - prepayment"). He should set the price and ship the shipment on his own.
