Hey All! We are just starting in Allegro and we have exclusive distribution of lines. its any way we can setup our branded store, not only to have it done, but also, to remove other people who are selling the same product but without authorization of distribution?

@ImperiumToys You can register your store to the Allegro Brand Zone (https://allegro.pl/strefamarek) . However, it is not possible to remove offers from other sellers.

Thanks for your quick reply! So no matter they have authorization or not to sell in Poland (for example) is not possible to remove?

@ImperiumToys At the moment, we do not plan to further limit the distribution of brands and products operating under selective distribution on Allegro websites. We are in talks with selected manufacturers/brands on this topic, but we are still at the stage of assessing the potential benefits associated with it. We reserve the right to negotiate only with selected manufacturers. We will negotiate with each of them individually, depending on the cooperation offer presented to us.

The provision applies only to direct producers or brand owners, it cannot be used by merchants.
This is not a program and we do not accept applications from producers distributing their brands as part of selective distribution in order to limit the distribution of the so-called "unauthorized sellers". Brands can of course raise this topic with their partners on Allegro. We reserve that we will negotiate only with selected producers and we do not plan to do it on a large scale.
