Tell me please, if the EAN 13 code is obligatory or if I can create something like Allegro Product ID?

There are kinds of categories, where EAN code is obligatory. Allegro ID code is created automatically during creating a new item.
Tell us more about the category, where the problem exists.

I am a niche clothing manufacturer and would like to work on Allegro in this category.

@Rebellis_ua The Product Catalog is still being developed. At the moment, in many categories from the Fashion section, providing the EAN code is obligatory. So if you want to list your goods, you should add this parameter to your listings.
