Hello. A buyer purchased an item from my store. The Polish customs inspected the goods on September 30th, but there was no information available from the customs. I have negotiated with the buyer that if the Polish customs do not dispatch the goods before November 30th, we will refund the buyer. And any goods dispatched by the customs afterwards will be given to the buyer for free. The buyer agreed to this. Therefore, we request to close the discussion. We are unable to get in touch with the buyer, and our sales quality has become quite poor.
