I am a seller from China, and I made a logistics error by setting up a Polish shipment, inpost delivery, and cash on delivery. A Czech seller ordered three products at once, but I am unable to ship from China. How should I cancel the order? I can only select the order status from the backend, but it cannot be truly cancelled
