Due to not logging into Allegro for a long time, an order has not been refunded to the buyer. I processed the refund a few days ago, but the email showed that the refund was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. I am not sure where the funds for my order went and how to refund it to the buyer.

Allegro said that: Refunding via Allegro is not possible. The buyer should provide transfer details in the Discussion. The seller should attach the confirmation of the refund made to the buyer.

And I don't know where can I make a confirmation of the refund.

@BriPhone You can obtain confirmation of the transfer from your bank. You can usually download them in PDF format.
