I get a new order and I want to make a shipment through ship with Allegro. However, when I open the orders tab, why I can not see the buttom of [dispatch parcel] beside the order?
What should I do before I can make a shipment though ship with Allegro tool?

@KEENPICE I see that you send orders from Asia to Poland. You will not send these orders through our system. You have to do it directly on the carrier's website.

Is that means that ONLY the orders which are set to deliver from Poland in the delivery setting section can be ship with Allegro?

I have another question.
We do not have our own IOSS number yet. If we ship parcel from China to Poland through other courier, should we pay the VAT to the courier company or pay to Allegro company?

@KEENPICE you as the seller are not obliged to have own iOSS number, but if you sends your items outside the EU, it will be treated as import and subject to customs duties depending on its value (goods imported from outside the EU up to the value of EUR 150 are exempt from customs duties). In the case of an import scenario, the buyer is obliged to settle VAT on the transaction with the appropriate tax office - Allegro is only obliged to archive the transaction data and the amount of tax paid.
