The fee is -38,33 z ł. I understand that the cosmetic category fee is up to 10%.

But why are there so many fees?

Maybe you used promotion on this offer. In that case you will also get additional sales commission on featured offers which equals to 0.75 of standard commission. For example commission rate in category Allegro Health Dermocosmetics Face Dermocosmetics Face Creams is 7.38%. 

Sales commission is calculated based on price of the offer and shipping costs paid by buyer, then this sum is multiplied by the commission rate in specific category.

Please tell me in which tab you are checking this data. Is it Fee summary? If that is the case then you need to know a few things about this tab. You can check if the source of the problem is commission itself or other kind of fees - for example delivery costs.

Delivery costs  are charged when the goods are delivered to the buyer. There is a possibility that huge amount of those delivery costs are related to orders from previous month.
