I understand that the maximum commission for this category is 10%. Why is the commission so high?

Commissions are calculated according to the commission calculator. Depending on the category in which you are listing the commission may vary. Commissions are from 2% to even 17%. I am sending you an article where we describe it in detail.

You listed this product in the category: Beauty - Personal Care - Face - Other (5362).
In the ''other'' category, we have the highest commission - 21%.

I encourage you to change the category to Allegro - Beauty - Care - Face - Face Creams where the commission is 9.84%, and it will be correct. 😉
