Technical problem with Allegro One Courier — next-day delivery

Hello. I need urgent help - how to dispatch the parcel order number 9c0860a0-5f28-11ef-a991-6dc0c165b7c8 When I try to do it with the Ship with Allegro form, I get an error message stating, "Entered text exceeds 30 characters," but I can not change the text. What should I do next?

I have found the problem - the buyer's company name was too long. I've deleted it and dispatched the parcel.
