When I have something to discuss with the customer, the customer can't contact, the message sent to the customer is not responding, how do I contact the customer?

Hi @ToockiStore, how did you try to contact the buyer? You received all his data with the order (phone numer and hashed email adres). You can also use our message center, which you found on the top of Allegro.
