Unfair terms and restrictions on Allegro!!

Apoyble

I shall recount my experience with ALLEGRO for reference, as this e-commerce is utterly dreadful.
1. Being from Romania, I discovered the Allegro platform while browsing advertisements and decided to register and commence selling. Having completed all registration procedures around 25 August 2025, I was subsequently banned by Allegro on 27 August 2025 under security provisions outlined in clause 2.12.
(1) Upon reviewing the regulations, I found no evidence that my actions violated clause 2.12.
(2) The customer service team provided no specific details regarding alleged misconduct, merely stating it fell under clause 2.12 concerning security.
2. Following customer service instructions, I submitted my ID card, product images, and a selfie holding my ID for verification. Within 10 minutes of sending the email, they replied:
"Thank you for sending the photos. We have already removed them from our database. Please also delete them from your email and device.

I'm sorry, but the verification was unsuccessful. Removing the restrictions from your account would pose too great a risk to the security of future transactions. Pursuant to Article 2.12 of the Allegro Terms and Conditions, your account will remain suspended indefinitely. Pursuant to Article 8.7 of the Allegro Terms and Conditions, we also do not consent to re-registration on the Website."

I must raise the following queries: Did you review the photographs within 10 minutes? The photographs present no issues whatsoever, yet the restrictions remain in place? In truth, does this not constitute a deception regarding my photographs?
During registration, I submitted the photographs to banking institutions for verification, yet now must provide them to Allegro – absurd.

2. I fail to comprehend the precise security grounds, but according to customer service, ‘if we lift the ban, future security issues may arise’...
You haven't committed a crime, yet I must imprison you because I suspect you might commit one in the future.
Is this fundamentally subjective behaviour not criminal in itself? Polish law should ban Allegro on security grounds, as future security issues may arise (no verification required – merely predicting the future).

3. Once the security authorities deem this matter settled, there's no possibility of reversal. The security authorities ought to assume Allegro's CEO role. Even if Allegro's CEO registered an account and sold items, they'd still be subject to 2.12, because the CEO poses a future security risk.

Polish e-commerce platform Allegro is deeply disappointing.

@Apoyble account restrictions are handled by our security department. As moderators, we are unable to provide you with any information on this matter. If your account has been blocked, the Security Department must have detected violations or determined that your sales are at risk of fraud.
Your account can be unblocked if you pass the verification process. The conditions for this are determined by the Security Department and should be sent to you in a correspondence. If you disagree with the decision, you can appeal it. Any doubts or objections should be sent in the ongoing email correspondence, and they will be forwarded directly to the department dealing with account restrictions.
