VAT Questions - Seller

Hey we are wanting to sell on Allegro as a brand owner UK Based. We need confirmation of the questions below but our business sourcing partner is not replying. Can anyone help?

1. Are Allegro considered the “deemed seller” under EU VAT rules for B2C sales of our goods?
2. Could Allegro please break down and ideally illustrate with a flowchart how the process works when you act as the deemed seller in standard transactions with a customer? Specifically, explain how VAT is documented and extracted from the payment. Also, clarify whether the VAT is deducted before the proceeds are transferred to our e-wallet.
3. Do Allegro charge Polish VAT on your fees, commissions, advertising, or shipping services invoiced to us?
4. If yes, is there a way to avoid being charged Polish VAT on these by invoicing our UK entity therefore outside EU.
