VAT when sending from Ukraine to Poland

I want to send goods from Ukraine to Poland. The cost is up to 150 euros. The buyer will have to pay VAT upon receipt of the goods. How does the buyer know, when making a purchase, how much VAT he will need to pay? Do I, as a seller, need to inform the buyer in the description of the goods that the buyer will have to pay VAT and indicate the amount of this VAT?

@chilikin_lev  sorry you had to wait for an answer. We understand that the buyer will probably have to pay customs duties on these purchases. Nevertheless, the price on Allegro itself should be the final price. In the "delivery and payment" tab, you can add information that the purchase may involve the payment of customs duties.

You wrote that the price of Allegro should be final. But, if this price includes VAT, and the buyer pays this price when placing an order, then, upon receipt, the buyer will pay VAT again!

@Chilikin As I already mentioned, you can add information that the purchase may involve the payment of customs duties.
