Despite several documents and attempts, Allegro refuses to verify my account, and all ID cards i send they claim as invalid, all documents is validated and approved by 3 different banks. It is impossible to reach customer support for professional reply

@TheExpatSwede Probably the problem is that you have two names. You should correct the information on your Allegro account to Paul. The best way is to write to us about this via the form. After document verification we will correct the name and contact PayU to activate the account.
The data on Allegro must be the same as on the account in the bank.
