Request to Add English Language Support for Allegro in Slovakia

I live in Slovakia and frequently shop on Allegro. However, the app does not offer an English language option in Slovakia, which makes it very difficult to use.Could you please consider adding English as a language option for users in Slovakia? I believe many international residents would greatly appreciate this improvement.Thank you for your time and consideration.

thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your suggestion.

At the moment, the app's language can only be changed based on the selected marketplace/region, and unfortunately, English is not currently available for Slovakia.

However, if you use the Allegro.pl marketplace, English is available as a language option. You can also set your delivery address to Slovakia, so you can continue shopping and have eligible orders delivered there.

Of course, just because this option isn't available for the Slovak marketplace at the moment doesn't mean it won't be introduced in the future. We truly appreciate your suggestion, as feedback like yours helps us improve our services. 🙂

Thank you for your reply and for explaining the available options.

I understand that I can use Allegro.pl in English and set my delivery address to Slovakia. However, this is unfortunately not the same as using Allegro.sk.

When switching to the Polish marketplace, the available products, delivery options, shipping costs, promotions, and even my order history appear to be different. It feels like using a separate marketplace rather than simply changing the language.

My request is not for an alternative marketplace, but for an English language option within Allegro.sk itself. I believe this would make the platform much more accessible for international residents living in Slovakia, while allowing us to continue using the Slovak marketplace without losing its local benefits.

I would really appreciate it if you could pass this feedback on to the product team.
