i bought the product by allegro smart with parcel locker and i wanna return the product.
i tried to return it by following instruction:

3. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THAT I MET:
i tried so many times, it always shows like this.
today is 16.02.2021.
it's not the technical break today.....
So, When is the exactly date to return by parcel locker????
or.... did i missed something or do something wrong????
