Can't activate my account to withdraw money! HELP !!

Hello!!

I sold an item in Allegro Lokalnie. I have a the money in Allegro, and I want to transfer this money to my bank account in Millennium bank.

I tried to activate it via the transfer of 1,01 PLN, but it failed. I contacted Allegro and they told me:

"Mam informację od operatora PayU, że aktywacja Państwa usługi zakończyła się niepowodzeniem.
Widzę, że konto Allegro należy do Mariano Rodrigo, a nadawcą przelewu weryfikacyjnego jest FABBRO MARIANOUL. Te dane powinny być identyczne."

I tried to change the info in my Allegro account to match with the bank and I can't do it (rejected).

Is there another way to transfer/withdraw money from Allegro?

The problem is that Allegro system doesn't recognize my Millennium account (that's why I need your help!). I am using my Millennium account since 2019, I receive my monthly salary in this account. I have all the necessary documents to send to you. Where can I send all the information? Any email address? Or here?

Please, I need to solve this because I need my money.

@mfabbro The Allegro account is registered in the name of Mariano Rodrigo, so you must make the verification transfer from an account owned by Mariano Rodrigo. There is no other way.
