Not able to 'End Now' my active ad, which I do not want to sell anymore.

Hi Team - I am trying to 'End NOw' my active ad on Allegro Lokalnie but it is not allowing me to do so.

It gives me 2 option when I click on 'End Now' button.

1. Leave an offer.

2. End Offer (but this button is disabled, I can't click it)

I also have made the settlement payment to highlight this ad.

Can anyone please help what needs to be done to remove this ad?

Yes, I still have the problem. I need to 'End Now' this offer. I was trying various options but not able to close down this ad. Could you please advise - how can I remove this ad?

As this product is already sold out on another marketplace.
