I have been selling computer and console game codes on allegro for a while. 1 week ago my sales were stopped due to 2 complaints.
The first complaint is the return of the product purchased 3 months ago. I approved the return to avoid negative comments.
the second complaint was that the product could not be delivered because it was out of stock.
as a result, I approved all the returns and although there is a balance in allegro funds, payment cannot be made. they still keep my seller account closed. help desk has not sent an e-mail for 3 days. For 1 week my account has been unfairly closed.
which way can I reach the help desk other than email quickly? there used to be a live chat option but now only email is available.

@nzlgaming I'm sorry, but you have to wait for an answer in the e-mail thread. 
The decision can be make only by the safety team.

sorry but u have a marketplace open 7/24 u must response to seller. because seller pay to you commission. allegro is a global market but treats foreign sellers who don't speak polish differently. im waiting for 4 days for solve problem. i havent received response in 4 days. its normal? no. its comic. i have sent 5 email in 1week.im still waiting.i live in belgium, if i live in poland and if i speak polish this case was solve in 5minute. i hope your college will work. dont waste time please. solve problem.

No. You are wrong. Allegro treat Polosh sellers the same way. Believe me. Read the topics here. Polish sellers have waited for the answear for whole days. There is one big queue where we all have to wait. Safety team response only by e-mail. There is no faster way.
