Linking Allegro to Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor)

Hello, 

I am trying to link Allegro to Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor) and need seller ID and access token.

Allegro support are saying they cannot generate these and Rithum are saying only Allegro can generate these. Does anyone have any advice at all please?
