Linking Allegro to Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor)

Hello, 

I am trying to link Allegro to Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor) and need correct seller ID and access token.

Rithum error message reads: "The Seller ID is invalid." Rithum support is pushing us to Allegro support. We already opened several tickets at Allegro support, but no real response but standard messages.

Perhaps someone can advice how to get correct seller ID and create valid access token for Rithum/Channeladvisor to connect to Allegro? Thanks in advance.

thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately it does not help. We already set 110539189 as clientid in Rithum but it always states "The Seller ID is invalid." 

How can we get further assistance to set up the connection? Is there a dedicated guide for setting up Rithum/Allegro?
