Our language setting keeps switching back and forth between English and Polish.

We have a problem in that, as of recently, the payment reports can no longer be downloaded with English headings, only with Polish ones. In the language settings, we noticed that even after saving the English language setting, the language reverts back to Polish the next time we log in. Now the question is whether the two things are related. We urgently need the payment report, but our system cannot process the report because of the Polish headings.

Hi, @BMSC24. Which report are you talking about exactly? Are you trying to generate a report in the Allegro settlements tab or the Funds and operation history tab or Sales report?

Hi, @BMSC24. When generating the report, we take into account the language of registration, and changing the language on the platform will not help in this issue. The only option is to log in to allegro.pl and change the language in the localization settings, here.

wir hatten es hier immer auf Englisch eingestellt und nichts geändert.

Jetzt ist es plötzlich auf Polnisch eingestellt und ich kann es nicht mehr ändern (es wird nicht gespeichert). Vielleicht liegt es an einem technischen Problem?

From the screenshot, it appears that your browser is translating the page into German.

we’ve noticed a more significant issue with the report: Column G now exceeds 1,000 characters, which wasn’t the case before. As our system can only process up to around 60 characters, this is currently causing processing difficulties.

Example:

...we tried to change the language to english, but it doesn’t work. The page doesn’t save this setting.
