Hello! Please, let me know how refund works for presale deals? Is 2 week term works after pay of payment or after day of promised shipping?

So, does money could be returned in 2 weeks after declared date of supply?

@Client:104897327 I don't understand. Please write down the order ID. Are you a seller in this transaction? If so, did the buyer fill out the refund form?  
If you are the buyer then do I understand correctly that you are asking do you have 14 days to resign? If the seller is a company, than you will have 14 days from the day you will receive the item to resign.

The deal is "presale". I dont understand how much time I have to resign and from which date.
