Refund of customer

Hi again, 

Yesterday customer demanded refund and i accepted but after i withdrawed money. Now i have to refund money customer. What is the refund process like? Should i get customer bank iban and send him money?

@Terrazon No, it is not necessary, you can return payment via Allegro Finanse (if you have funds in your balance). On this website you will find instructions in English:

Actually i am trying to change language. BUt i have already sent it their bank account. Please help me in my other issue ( Changing language  )
