Reverse charge

we are a company from CZ with CZ VAT. Is there any possibility how to set up a "reverse charge" on Allgro.pl = customer with PL VAT will pay automatically the price without VAT?

I'm afraid I can't. Sellers are violating the VAT law and invoicing incorrectly including Polish VAT.
