Dear Allegro Team,
I am interested in the algorithm used by Allegro to get statuses for orders delivered by InPost.

We will be working in partnership with Allegro, our fulfillment partner Spilnodiia and InPost.
We will not have direct integration between Allegro and InPost.
We will work on the basis of our agreement with InPost.
I am interested in how and from whom I will receive order status and whether order statuses will be changed automatically when 1. the buyer will not pick-up or refuse to pick-up on kurier delivery, or 2. cancel by the byuer or 3. return the order(withdrawal from agreement), since you have integration with InPost.
I mean, how will I know that I need to accept a return, change the status, or refund the money in these three cases?

@Beatbot Hi! Spilnodiia can answer this question, because if I understand correctly, they will be integrated with InPost. We are integrated with the carrier InPost Polska, so we automatically receive shipment statuses from them, but sellers have signed contracts with InPost (and they added the agreement to the Allegro account) or linked Allegro accounts with the InPost tool.
In your case, it works through an external application, so their support team should be able to clarify this.
