Can't select shipping outside of Poland?

Hello. I was just about to order a part I need, but then at the checkout menu I got a message saying that it apparently can't be shipped outside of Poland for security reasons. After googling a bit I saw that apparently it's a covid measure. I think covid is already over so I'm confused. Does anyone have any experience with this? I've ordered from Allegro to the Netherlands before, this is the first time I'm having such an issue.
