How to use Allegro account balance at checkout?

Hi! I tried contacting the Help Center but haven’t received a response all day, so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help.
I recently added funds to my Allegro account (https://allegro.pl/moje-allegro/moje-konto/rachunki/rozliczenia-z-allegro?dateFrom=2025-03-31T21%3A0...) with the intention of using them later to purchase goods. However, I don’t see an option to use this balance at checkout.
Is it possible to pay directly from the account balance? If not, what is this balance for, and how can I request a refund?

@Client:135142708 It will not be possible to pay for orders from this balance. This is a tab where you can see when Allegro charges fees for sales, and you can pay them here.

To withdraw money from your balance, go to the Settlements with Allegro and then click [collect overpayment]. You can find more information in this article.

There are some nuances not covered in the linked article:

1) Could you please let me know if Allegro offers the option to refund or rollback my payment "as-is" (back to my credit card, not to bank account; similar to how sellers typically issue refunds directly to a buyer’s credit card)?

2) If SWIFT is the only available option - well, that's an international transaction, than could you please confirm the transaction currency (EUR or USD), so I can provide an appropriate account number when submitting the withdrawal request?

@Client:135142708 We can refund the payment to the bank account from which it was made (i.e. the bank account assigned to your card). We received the payment in PLN, so the refund will also be in PLN. Please wait for an email response regarding this matter (your reference number is 52283489).
