No money returned

Hello, I returned the product (withdrawal from the contract) 9.3- report the return of the goods 17.3- the goods arrived at the seller 25.3- until then at the latest the money will be returned today is 25.3 the payment still has not been received in my account (I paid apple pay). when I want to open a discussion with alegro and I click on my problem, it writes to me that the money has been returned- which is not true. please give me some advice what to do.
