Refund of Voucher/Coupon

Hi, 

I had used a coupon on an order and I had to cancel the order. How can I reclaim my voucher as I am unable to use this on any other item (States as already used). 

Please help me.

Hi I tired to use the code on another product now but it states "The code you provided has already been used.". How can I reclaim this?

Hi, the order No. 5109dbd2-11dc-11eb-b835-5d0b5af1d6f1 has been cancelled but the coupon is still applied there, I am not able to also reinstate the order. 

Also not able to apply the coupon again.

@Client:91792772 You tried to pay for this order twice. The first payment is cancelled and the second is started. Only when you cancel the second one you will be able to use the coupon again.

I am only seeing the first

order which is cancelled (Please see attached). If the second order is active why am I not seeing this in the order list? 

Also there is balance to be paid out of the coupon which I did not do so how is this order active? 

Can you please advice on order no of the second payment?
