i bought items from seller [edycja]

made bank transfer ,, been a week and he keeps telling me he hasnt received the money

so i went back to bank to check if there was a problem

they traced the bank transfer and told me that the money went into recipient account 2 days after the transfer

money was sent on 15/8  ,, he received the money in 17/18

when i  confronted him with that , he kept ignoring me and not answering

i have the whatsapp msgs between us,

the amount was 280euros,, i dont understand how some sellers risk their reputation and business for this little money

can allegro help with that? anybody faced such thing ?

is there anyway to contact allegro ??

@Abid12 Unfortunately, I don't see such a purchase on your Allegro account. If you bought outside the Service, we will not help you. The remaining option is to report the matter to the police.

item was listed on allegro ,, seller sells on allegro ,, the contact number was taken from allegro , did money transaction as seller described , at least you should do something from your side , i have the chats between me and him , money transfer paper . this will help you talk to him.

@Abid12 If You just chat with the seller and send him money without actually clicking BUY NOW - unfortunately  there is nothing Allegro can do.
Purchase was made outside allegro and the risk is all on You.

@Abid12, even if item was listed on Allegro, you had possibility of buying it outside the service. In that case unfortunately you do it at your own risk.
