What is the limit of price for customs duty free shopping

Hello everyone,

I purchased products from China, and the price is around 70zl. Do I need to pay customs duty for these products?

Around one month ago, I purchased a few things also, and they were around 50zl. I didn't get any mail about customs duty, but this time I got a mail about that, maybe I need to pay.

Because of that, I was confused, and if I need to pay, how I can pay it?
